Tandoori dishes are the most spicy and well known dish of the Indian cuisine. It is marinated at least 24 hours in its sauce before being served. Tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt, prepared in delicate herbs and spices and barbecued over flaming charcoal on skewers. All the Tandoori dishes are served with salad, vegetable curry sauce. Any other curry sauce 50p extra.  |
